Designed by AR Drafting Design P/L. The design brief was to create a 4 unit development that would be sympathetic to the over-all streetscape, and provide practical & contemporary living spaces that would appeal to a wide demographic.
It was important that the floor plans were functional, and provided the occupants with a comfortable lifestyle.
The development consists of 4 x 2 storey dwellings, & provides the option of both 2 and 3 bedrooms. Designed with solar access in mind, each unit consists of a large sliding door leading out into a private out door area. A stylish pergola has also been incorporated, to reduce the extreme summer sun. Special features include remote control alarm and lockable garage, floor to ceiling tiles to all bathrooms and ensuites, 40mm square edge kitchen bench tops, 2340mm high doors to ground floor, 920mm wide entry doors wide side lights, mirror sliding doors to BIR, polished staircases, maintenance free weatherboards and exposed aggregate driveways with low maintenance landscaping.
